Café Football was all inspired by good, honest food which brings people together, whether in the stands or at home. The team behind Café Football have taken the idea of wholesome food and turned it into something a bit special.

As Creative Director, Michael used his experience as one of the most decorated chefs in the world, with two Michelin stars and five AA rosettes, to create something exciting. His food is firmly rooted in the traditional, but his passion and creativity is what sets his menu apart. 


Together with Executive Chef Brendan Fyldes they carried out research into what people eat when they go to a football match and created a concept to match. He adds truly innovative twists to craft distinctive dishes you won’t find anywhere else. If you look closely enough, you might spot a few clever references to the game that inspired it all too.
